What brand of wiper blades are you guys using on your daily drivers? I been using the michelin ones from walmart, but seems like they don't last as long as they used to. I was on Rock Auto and they seem to have alot of other brands, some I never heard of.

I usually get mine at Advanced as they have store brand.Spent big bucks on name brands and they didnt last or work any longer than the cheap ones.we used the store brand at work almost all the time and had little problems.Rocky

IMHO... TRICO newer classic versions are THE BEST OF THE BEST! but they are not anymore available on 16" ( bad for E and later B bodies )... 15" max.

I use the Anco cheapies. I also made the mistake one time of spending $25 per blade on expensive ones and had no better luck with them than the $5 cheapies.

My Honda came new with a them, they work well, I got 10 years out of the oem blades before they smeared so much I couldn't see when the windshield got wet.

I've been buying Mopar replacements for my Charger. They seem to work well and last and aren't that much more than the others online.

For non-hot rod, whatever is at Walmart. If they are sold out of something, I move down a size.

Easy fix, turn them around every month. Just setting against the windshield makes them lay down and take a set, flip them and they work like new. Heck just take them off, stick em in the trunk till you know it's going to rain. They last a long time hanging on the rack right. The reason, the oil was taken out, now just synthetic stuff, same as today's tires.

I would forget and end up scratching the window.

On a '72 Bbody i use wipers from Napa's classic car catalog, they are the only arms that fit correctly (get sent to me mail order). They are metal with the rubber blade.

yes they are Anco design... but if you get to find Trico Classic blades still on 16" get those. They FIT, LOOK AND WORK BETTER than the Anco ones or any other with same design. BTDT

I have had my 72 SSP road worthy for 3 years and have put close to 10,000 miles on it (mainly from 3 long road trips). I have not ever used the wiper blades yet (haven't needed them). I am actually a little concerned the wiper mechanism is so old it might just come apart if used.

My Charger is/was a driver and living on a tropical country, heavy rains are not uncommon. I have used both, Anco and Trico. Tricos "newer" Classic line are way better by design from any point of view and still look completelly stock. They even sit lower, so get more room with hood
