Does anyone recognize this intake? I believe it goes with max wedge heads and is previously marked as 1964 Prototype.

It's an air-gap single-four for the Max Wedge heads in NASCAR.

There's one for sale now on E-bay.

Whatever you do don't dyno test that thing! Once you find out how little power it makes you won't know what to do with it.
