Back Seat Too Tight

Holy smokes! After reupholstering my rear seat with fresh padding, that thing fits tight! How do I get the bottom in far enough to latch on the floor hooks? I'm going to have a friend come over to help me, but it looks near impossible. It's like cramming a queen size woman into a petite pair of pantyhose!

They can be real tight at times. I have got down on the floor and used my shoulder to push it back.

Man I tried every contortion I could! I'm calling for back up. One friend suggested attaching a binding strap inside the trunk.

can you put anything on the vinyl to slick it up?

Wait till you have to take it back out sometime in the future. Then the games really begin.

If it is too tight in the back seat, then get a motel room.

Spray the sides with silicone, slides right in. Don't wait too long after spraying, that stuff dries fast.
