66-75 Floor Shifter Interchangeability?

Hello

I recall a thread a couple of months ago about floor shifter interchangeability of the rod actuated shifters but can not find it now. Think there were links to additional info in the archives.

I realize the handles are different but seem to recall there were two styles.

Wondering if anyone may provide some insight or links to the earlier discussions.

This is research for a skunk works project.

Any help would be appreciated.

A or B body???

A and B I was thinking the shifter mechanism was very similar/interchangeable between the two styles?

I used the pics on Brewers Performance's website to figure out my shifter rods.

I just realized the 70-74 B Body slap sticks are completely different than A body shifters.

Any help specific to A and B body non slap stick would be welcome.
