07 Magnum Cabin Air Filter

Should be located in the passenger cowl area where that small piece of grate snaps out right? Second part, if there isn't a receptical then it just doesn't have a cabin filter?

My 08 Town and Country doesn't have one (optional), but the 08 Avenger does. Look at the owners manual and see if the picture shows with and without cabin filters. I think the car said "remove" or something like that and snapped off easy. The van had nothing of the sort.
