Would a 3 speed wiper switch be the same for a regular dash and a rallye dash ?

The actual switch is the same. The chrome rocker part that actuates the switch is narrower on the standard dash vs the rally dash. It can be changed to the rally dash style though.

No, rally dash chrome rocker, std dash brushed rocker. There are probably other differences, IV never seem them swapped in the other type of dashes.
