What is the width of the top of E-body radiator support?

Hello,

I am in the process of repairing the radiator support of my '70 Challenger. As you can see, someone had some fun with a hole saw and an angle grinder back in the day. In addition to welding up each individual hole, I also need to add a bit of material on the lip of the support where they ground it off. I have taken a few pictures of what I am working with.

It looks like the outer edge is about 1.2 inches, and then it widens out a bit and narrows back down along the top of it. Can anyone verify my measurements?

I started welding a few of them yesterday.

These were taken at 6" from outside edge then 14" and 24".

Biggest understatement of the day, IMO

As you can tell by the pictures of one that is not cut up the width across is not uniform , it's a part that is stamped from a flat sheet and the edge width can vary ...

Have fun filling those , another member had to go thru that in the rockers, under the sill plates , and other places on his 69 A12 Road Runner ...
