What are the known fender tag words?

I mean the tags that are spelled out?
Like:
Hemi Fender
Hemi
Special Order
Special Handling
Special Paint
Special Masking
Trans Am
Body in white

What others have you seen? Photos are good.

This is on my son's 440/4sp 1967 Dart GT convertible. This has fooled a few self-appointed experts into thinking the car is original...That's always fun...

I wonder what they originally came off of?

Other than the Trans am & Hemi tags, the ones you listed are typically from cop cars.

What is "Special Handling?"

Special handling is just that, cop car stuff, reinforced roof, two or three tone mask lines, etc, etc.

Ok Barry, time for me to learn something...what on Earth is a "reinforced roof"???

Special handling is simply that something out of the ordinary was to be done on the assembly line (or off it).

My '70 440 'Cuda has SPECIAL HANDLING CAR on the bottom of the build sheet and a separate fender tag that has SPECIAL HANDLING on it.
440 4bbl car, purple with white interior, AC and power windows, torque boxes and skid plate.

Could have been an odd ball exterior interior color combo or any number of not normal additions that would have had to been done.

I have not seen any original examples of those scenarios - yet.

I have seen the SPECIAL HANDLING CAR note on 1970 Hamtramck car broadcast sheets with no 'original' factory installed second tag though.

What is the purpose for F38?
Is it to make the body/chassis stronger for handling or is it to support a "bubble gum" light?

I recently saw a tag that only had A/C on it. It was on a 68 Dart GTS convertible 340 automatic with factory air. No other tag was on the inner fender and it was obvious is had never been messed with.

Aren't there special tags for photo cars?

A friend of mine has this tag, came in a box of Mopar parts.
Not a factory tag and may not even be Mopar but I'm curious as to what it represented and when but can find no origins.

My 72 Gtx has a tag under the usual tag that simply says "power windows"

Years ago I had an '80s Plymouth Sundance that had a second tag that had SPECIAL HANDLING or maybe SPECIAL HANDLING UNIT on it. It's been so long I've forgotten which now. Anyway I thought the tag was unusual but couldn't find anything out of the ordinary about the car. It was a plain red 2 door with a 2.2 and 5 speed manual trans. I don't recall it having a particularly low serial number either.
I wished later that I had kept the tag when I sold the car.

Here is a tag that I found on my 64 Belvedere wagon. Never knew why it was on the car as the car was sold new at a dealer in Everett, Pa. After I restored the car I just put it back where it originally was. It is a little hard to read but this I come up with.
