Wipers not working, how to bench test

75 Duster 2 speed wipers , not working now,
would like to know how to bench test the wiper
motor, have it out now, was working before I put new
bushings on the arms, not binding as I have disconnected the arms and motor not working.

Poor ground for the motor comes to mind. Especially after fooling with it.

340mouse, yours would be considered non concealed because the arms sit up above the cowl.
