What engines came with the chrome vs black wrinkle covers?

No 1966-1971 Street Hemi cars had chrome valve covers from the factory. However, many sets of chromed ones were sold over the counter, and many other sets were taken off of cars and chromed.
The latest reproductions are pretty nice/accurate, but they do have some small differences that a trained eye can see, it helps a lot to see them in person

FYI, the 66-69 covers (yours) don't bring the big bucks like the 70-71 versions do.
A couple hundred is about what I'd guess you'll get for those. You'd get more for clean stock original wrinkle black versions with all of the wire loom tabs on them (they are usually removed or missing off the chromed versions because the buffer knocks them off).
