Anyone here buy a 2006 Charger R/T Daytona new? Question...

I'm the proud new owner of a Top Banana Yellow 2006 Charger R/T Daytona. I would love to get rid of the stupid Batman floor mats that came in this otherwise nice car. My question is, did the Daytonas come from the factory with floor mats that had "DAYTONA" embroidered in them, or was that just a popular aftermarket addition? Same question as to the "DAYTONA" trunk mat, too.

Congrats on the Daytona purchase. I have an 06' Go Mango. It came with the dealer accessory mats.

My wife Kayse has owned 2 Top Banana 2006 Charger Daytona's.

The 1st was #0047.
She had owned it 3 months when it was totaled when it caught in a flood at her work. It had the factory plain gray floormats in it.

The one she currently has is #1251.
She bought it to replace the 1st one. It had 36k on when she bought it and it just turned 150k.
It has the ones like you posted a pic of with the Daytona logo on it and on the trunk carpet too.
As you said, seems to be a popular aftermarket option.
