I want to stab the 440-727 at the same time. Will one of the Hobo Freight 2 ton pickers set on the 1/2 ton setting handle the weight? Any body done it?

I had no trouble stabbing a 360-727 combo in a D100 truck with one of their fold up pickers.

I did my 440, 727, k-frame, complete front suspension with tires still attached and there was no issue.

Same here, but the rams only last a couple of years before you have to buy a new one, or try to put new seals in it... eyes

Run the ram all the wat up and clean it with a soft rag and wd40 or jack oil usually helps the seals last longer. Mine has done it no problem.

My ram has lasted since 1984. Occasionally I forget and leave it up, then have to scour the rust off but it still works. Maybe a hydraulic supply house could get you a better seal?

Most of the hydraulic 8-ton long rams that I have seen are made in China and therefore disposable.
