Where do these small tabs and scews go? '69 Coronet dash???

Does anyone know where these two small tabs and screws go? They are on the left side in the picture.

They were in the same container as the two bolts on the right which I know are used to hold the dash frame in.

The car is a '69 Super Bee.

Those hold down the front edge of the package tray. Behind rear seat back.
