Child-guard Lock part 2809730 ?

Anyone ever seen these before ? Is the kit complete do you think and what models would it have been for?

Never seen anything like it before personally at least but picked it up today.

I just did a quick online search using Mopar and the part number and found all the info you are asking for including installation instructions. Give it a try.

I've seen those, but only a time or two. Not a popular item evidently.
