I use two boxes (4 bushings) and get 2.5 degrees to 4 degrees of positive caster.
The one I could only get about 2.5 degrees positive was a hemi dart clone with a spacer between the K-frame to chassis and very high ride height.
The cars with over 3 degrees were lower and did not have the thicker than stock inside poly strut bushings in them. Any of you running poly strut rod bushings?
But back to original poster, only 3 degree negative sounds like something is messed up. Have you done alignments on this car before the disc conversion?
Do you have pictures of where your UCA cam eccentrics are positioned right now?
