Dakota Seat Removal question

Ok, the factory diagram says 4 bolts, i did that, the seat is loose. However, there seems to be 2 pins that holds the console frame to the seat frame. I'm ready to grind it off, unless you know of a better way.

All this to get to a broken wire on the seat belt latch.

Drilled out pin, and a 5th bolt. Seat is out.
