Hi all, i need help with 2 questions the evening. The black paint applied under the rocker trim......Organisol? matte-black??? semi??? and 2nd, does 71' have the reverse lockout piece on the steering coulmns like earlier years? Thank you

The lockout linkage was 70 only.
