1969 440 HiPo manifold to exhaust pipe flange gasket

ok,i have always used headers or had cars that had complete exhaust systems on them which gasket to use for hipo manifold to exhaust pipe flange,donut or flat?

Should be a flat gasket. There are two different ones listed. The low performance log manifold gaskets are smaller and the high performance manifold flange gasket is larger.

If you have 3" headpipes then you have to use a Ford pickup exhaust gasket. The bolt pattern is close enough to work but the ID is 3".
