Six Pack Damper

I have a six pack damper that has timing degree marks stamped into it. Would an OEM have come that way? I have never seen it before.

Original dampener have only the single line.

That is what I thought, but wasn't positive. I didn't know someone was repopping dampeners. Who would have made this?

They don't repop that balancer. It was done my a machinist. I have had a few that were done over the years. Much nicer than a degree tape that will blow off, but kills the value for a restoration.

That is an aftermarket 440-6 Dampener. I bought mine from Karbelt Speed and Custom in the mid seventies but not sure on who was the manufacturer.
