1974 Charger Rallye Production

I'm looking in Galen's white book and it shows all 1974 Charger Raylle production as follows

WL21 336 total and WH23 105 total ??

Do you believe these # to be correct?

Also could you get the wide side stripe without the Raylle Package?

Dunno about numbers, but as far side stripes, in 74 you could get side stripes added on SEs and of course is part of the package on Spring Specials, so you can see around some 74s with rallye stripes being not a Rallye
