74 Challenger Standard Dash to Rally Dash Swap Question

Got my old dash n harness out. When putting in new harness I found that there were no plugs for the little box behind the left panel. The panel with headlight and wiper switch. The old harness had two plugs that plugged into the box. I went ahead and put it all together and plugged everything else in the best I could. Well, I have all outside lights and wipers. I have no engine cranking, interior lights, fuel gauge, temp gauge, oil psi gauge, ect. The clock and amp gauge does work tho. The harness is a Mopar harness. I got it with the car. The package says 74 e Body Rally 3764201
Any advice would be very appreciated.

Need more info, can you post some pics of the areas mentioned.
