Convertible top - 04/23/14 04:31 PM
Guys, my '69 Chrysler has the original top on it still. Unfortunately it's becoming shabby (thread coming apart) and the material is deteriorating. So I'm starting to look for tops. I want to keep the same material and details as original as possible. I think the original rear window is okay. Any suggestions on as original as possible replacement top?
Thanks,
Robert

I was able to convince Crown auto tops to put my original Challenger rear window into a new top about 10 yrs ago, but he said he'd never do another one.

Thinking that If your chrysler has one of the inner top covering the bows and mechanics you may have to have the inner top made bu a good upholsterer. Legendary nor any other top company made one for my dart.

Not sure what we're talking about. Check the attached picture.
I want the car to look as original as possible but if I can dress up the inside a bit
