Meziere swivel water neck, fit 440?

Anybody out there know if the Meziere swivel water neck fits on a 440? The specs say that they fit BB Chevy and Mopar. I'm skeptical because I tried a CSR swivel, but it was too small and it looks very similar to the Meziere one (at least in pictures).
