Structural Question

I had to cut the lower bushing shell to get it out. The weld/washer trick didnt work because the weld broke taking the top of the shell with it. So I had to slice thru the torsion bar stop. I cant see this being a problem and I dont really want to weld it and make it worse. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't mess with it. It should be fine.
