Dakota, in and out of O.D.

I have a 2000 Dakota. Lately at speeds above 40MPH the trans continuely goes in and out of Over drive.The trans seems fine, no slipping. Is this some electrical sensor ??

yes, the TCC O/D solenoid...in my head.
