68 Roadrunner side marker lights

Can anyone help me with the dimensions to locate the front side marker lights on my 68 Roadrunner? The fenders were replaced with 69s and patch panels welded in so I need to drill new holes. Also the location of the Plymouth emblem on the hood as the holes were filled on that also.

I know the front of the hole is 5" from the front of the fender. I don't know where to measure the top and bottom from...

With a cloth tape mine measured 8 1/4" from the bottom edge to the center of the light. From the wheel well to center is 9 1/2" From the lower crease to center I got 1 3/4"
