For what is is worth, why not check with Doctor Diff here on the board and see what he would charge for a complete unit, set up and ready to install ??? He does great work and is great to deal with.
Cheers

And be aware that most truck and van housing do not have provisions for pinion snubbers.

And HOOGAS?
Pinion snubbers were a cheap crutch. There are better ways to plant the rear and keep it from rotating.

Sorry, it's a knee-jerk reaction to the words "pinion" and "snubber".

I can promise you will be money and time ahead to call Dr diff or Moser.
I drove up to Moser and picked one up and got a tour of the place.
I would gladly buy from Dr Diff if he was closer.

In the Denver Area, Mark Williams is worth a call or a trip.

I can provide a new, bolt-in S-60 Dana 60 with Track-Lock for $1875. Upgrade to True-Trac $300. Freight runs about $200.
Most of my custom length 35 spline axle packages run $300 assembled, plus about $45 shipping.
You can research options and individual components on my website:

If you want disc brakes, use the ford torino ends and you can use the explored disc kit for 250, or if you use the small bearing ford ends, you can use the 2006 and up crown vic vented rotor rear brakes. Make sure who ever does the narrowing, they need to put the pinion angle 4* nose down because the perches are located on the forward third of the springs. Lessons learned.... the hard way.

Theres a guy that does what you are wanting done just north of you. I have bought Dana 60 parts from him before. (937) 765-0911
Im going to have him set up my truck rear for my 67 Plymouth once its mini tubbed. He has disc brake kits to. Its definitely worth a call.
