Has anyone ever used Precision Engine. com crate?

Has anyone used Precision engine.com for a motor? Specifically the Ram R/T 408 or the Magnum R/T 360? Any engine from them? The prices seem good. I haven't called yet. It doesn't say anything about balancing. Thanks
