On a 1970 challenger. Do all four of the rear tail light bulbs blink on signal, or just the two outside?

I thought there were only 2 brake-taillight bulbs on each side of the backup lamp?

Both sides, all 4 should blink only with hazards on. Otherwise the 2 in each red assem should blink for turn sigs.
