Locks in consoles. Are A,B,E Console locks the same?

I see a set on Ebay, but it is out of a B body console, I have an A body console that I removed from a dart sport like mine, but the lock is missing.

Do they re-pop these items?

To which part are you asking the year?

The lock on Ebay? 68 or 69 I think?

The console is out of a 73' Dodge Dart Sport.

Does the year make a difference?

This almost seems to be too much effort all just for a lock.
