The cast crank 440 has a dedicated balancer, compare what you have to the pics in the link below.

Not a harmonic balancer. Pulley. I would think that it would be drilled to balance it. Just didnt want to put it on my cast crank engine and throw it off balance. I have the matching crank, water pump, and power steering pulleys. Don't know original application other than for a big block.

A cast iron pulley? I've never seen anything like that for a passenger car engine. Maybe a big truck motor or something. Pass car engines use pulleys made from formed and folded sheet metal.

The crank pulley off my old cast-crank 440 was stamped as AndyF indicates. Still have it here (for sale), 4-belt pulley. Motor did have the weighted balancer (also here). No weights of any kind on this pulley.

This pulley, along with the water pump pulley are cast iron. I know they came from a big block that was pulled from a 70s pickup. I will post pics tomorrow.
