Shoulder belt bolts 70 RoadRunner

How long are the bolts for the shoulder belts in a 70 RR? I have 2 bolts that are 1 1/2" long with a 3/8" shoulder on them. Are these the right ones? It has been two long since I took it apart. Any info. will help. Thanks Ronnie

Those bolts should be marked C-11.
