Installing door glass- 67 B body

I extracted the door glass and vent window assembly from one of my doors. When I pulled the roll up window out of the vent window frame, a whole bunch of trash came out that looks to be part of a guide/weatherstrip in the channel. I looked around and didn't find anywhere online to buy a replacement part for the soft parts of the guide. Will my window have lots of wind noise now? Is there a supplier for this part that I missed?
