Hub question

Hello all,

I have a mp brakes kit on my 1970 'Cuda, converting it to front discs. I believe the number is db1302p. I would now like to upgrade to 4-piston calipers from ap racing with 1,25 inch thick discs. Since the discs from the mp kit are one piece with the hubs I will need new hubs. There are plenty available, from wildwood for instance, but I do not know which will fit? Has anyone done a conversion like that before? Where cam I find out which hubs will fit my spindles?
