dual point distributor

I have a Dual point distribtor that I took out of a 68 road runner(440 car)about 30years ago,it has a red tag that reads Chrysler Corporation parts no#1641707 Solar Spark Ignition below that SPLASH PROOF DISTRIBUTOR and below that IAZ-4001F 3K930327 at the bottom say's The Electric AUTO-LITE CO,Toledo.O?????? what did this come in originaly?? it's still in very good shape as it's been in the loft of barn for about 30+years..Thanks for any Help.Bob aka the parts Buzzard

IAZ-4001F is from a '55 Chrysler V-8 (except the 300C).

The 1641707 part number gives a clue. "1" is from the fifties, "2" is the sixties, second digit is the rough year.
