Need help: what year was my 727 made?

Looking at the side of the 727's pan rail, the last 8 digits are: 0146 5541. Does the 0146 number indicate the 146th trans built that day? Is the 5541 the 10,000 day calendar code?

See my reply on the Restoration forum, 0146 is the build date in the "new" 10,000 day calendar that began on December 14, 1988.
