6 pack Safety Return Spring

Anyone know where I can get the bigger safety return spring for a 70 coronet with a 6 pack ...my spring apparently either broke or got up and walked away and now I need another ......

Is this the spring that goes over the smaller spring?

there never was 2 springs from the factory . just the one shown
