Six Pack Carb numbers

OK, I was rummaging around my shop and gathered all my six pack carbs together. I searched on the web but could not find the application for these carbs. Maybe someone could help by letting me know what year, engine, and trans type are associated with these carbs?

I have a 4382 with a 0919 date code. Would that be for a really early 70?

They dated six pack carbs with the day of the year and the year, it revolved every 10 years. There's no way to prove which era they are from (1969/1979/1989 etc.). There was also no set and fast rule as to how quickly they were added to a production line car, it could have been days, weeks, or months after the carbs were manufactured.
