I have an Express system in a 72 Cuda restomod. Real high quality wiring and components, zero problems. They'll work with you to interconnect to your stock components, but it won't be original.
That's not a bad thing. Depends on what you want.

thanks for the info, thinking of going with the basic system and up grade as needed. Nothing original about my car anyhow.

Good stuff and good folks there.
If you don't have them already invest in good crimpers and strippers. Along with a Leatherman they'll get the job done.
