Jeep Liberty mpg, any real world input please - 02/05/12 11:46 PM

we are thinking about getting a 5 to 8 year old jeep liberty

gas mileage is a concern and we were wondering what kind of gas mileage to expect under city and highway driving

any owners that have checked their mileage (not including what some of the incar computers read, they are inaccurate) please let us know

all input is appreciated

We have an '06 Sport 3.7/auto/4x4. The best hwy mpg we ever got was 25. I'd say the 22 stated above is closer to typical. I rarely bother to check city mpg, so can't help there.
