2005 neon fuel rail

In the chiltons guide it shows a test port on the drivers side end of the fuel rail, under a black cap.

On mine there isnt one, it has the same metal cap soldered on both ends. I found a pic of an fuel rail on ebay and it has a black cap on one end???

Is there somewhere different to test fuel pump pressure?

That year you have to put an inline tee into the rail inlet. There is no test port built in. Its spx #6539.
