I'm not sure if I can use my windige tray in my stroker. Also I'm running the mopar 509 cam with indy magnum heads what kind of lifters should I get stock amc style or performance style lifters ?

You might be able to get the tray to work, but probably not. I know I couldn't get my 340 tray to clear the rod bolts with a 4" stroker crank. Not a lot of value performance-wise anyway.

Stock pan is lacking in both baffling and capacity. I'd recommend an upgrade. The Kevko pan is a good budget friendly option. It's good for an extra quart or two, offers good oil control, and doesn't sacrifice ground clearance significantly.

Not sure what the best lifter option is with the Magnum style head.

I used the stock windage tray in my '77 360 based 408 build. I run a stock pan and melling regular volume pump with no pressure problems. This is with a 557 solid cam that likes 4-6k blasts pretty regularly. I don't know if the tray helps or not, Im guessing there might be a little power in better oil control in a more serious build.

If your 4 special bolts come w the thick washers use them to space the bolts out further tho I prefer to get as much thread engagement as possible esp on a killer build then use small spacers/longer small bolts to space the tray out further from the 4 main bolts. Mock it up & see where you're at EDIT yes open the louvers up, they're too tight as is
