There are spot welds there right where it looks like the holes need to be drilled. I thought this thing didn't require drilling? There are no such holes on my car that I can see. You have to drill two holes in the K-FRAME for the lower mount on the torque strap. Just set the bracket on the K-frame and mark the two spots. The upper eye swivel mounts to one of the engine bracket ears. Just like the picture dictates.
