Is there any sales info or data out there on that the fresh air option (N-96) for B-Bodies in 1969 on provided additional HP over the standard air cleaners for each year. Did they actually work?

Well, they can't hurt but I doubt it amounted to much. It would depend on engine/underhood temps, vehicle speed, etc. I bet the A12 hood was good for a few HP, but I think the N96 setups on most of the others looked cool but was too restrictive to make a big difference and unlike the A12 or T/A hoods, the scoops or openings were in the "boundary layer" of air flowing over the hood which reduces thier effectiveness.
