I believe in 65 the VIN was spot welded in place on the piller.

I think the man may be unaware that the rivets may have been a copyrighted/trademarked item only available to Chrysler. They may never be reproduced.

Did not know that. How do you reattach a vin plate after restoration while still looking correct?

Somebody here had em as I was going to buy a set & iirc they were black (the ones I saw) & $35 to door door & I wanted non painted metal ones. Keep searching they're out there somewhere
