These cars are notorious for vacuum issues. One thing you must remember is that vacuum leaks will NOT throw engine codes.
Not true! A leak in the baro line will cause all sorts of codes to set.
I guess that one would. I was thinking about all the mystery issues I had with my Shelby Chargers over the years. If there was no engine light I either had a vacuum leak or hall effect sensor issue.
I really enjoyed those little cars but they drove me nuts when something wasn't right.
My Shelby Charger has a "Power Loss" light lit?? I parked it about 5 years ago.

Thanks for the help. I still haven't figured it out but I only get to look at it about once every two weeks since my son and I work opposing schedules. He has been shutting it off while driving to reset whatever goes wrong and it is fine for a few more miles/minutes so he hasn't just left me the car to deal with and when I get in the car with him it runs fine. I replaced the fuel pump, Filter and all rubber lines about 3 months ago. That does not mean it isn't a fuel problem but maybe I got a bad pump. Again thanks for the help and I will let you know how it goes.

Fuel pump getting hot?
As stated above, get a fuel pressure gauge on that thing and tell us what it says.
BING BING BING we have a winner.
I finally got a chance to look at it again yesterday. I had triple checked the vacuume lines and all were OK. SO I checked the fuel. Fuel presure was OK at idle but flow was pitiful.
I pulled the recently replaced pump and the rubber gasket that holds the pump was starting to melt or it was cheap junk rubber and the fuel started to disolve it.
In either case I replaced the fuel pump with a MOPAR brand and it seems to be fine now. Cheap Airtex crap.
Thanks to all who assisted me.
