Anybody out there recommend a fuel regulator for my car? It has a 543 cu in stroker with 14.5 to 1 compression, Quick Fuel 1150carb and a holley black pump, I know im pushing the limits of the pump but it will have to work for now it will be up graded later also. The motor puts out 755hp and 725ft.lbs of torque. Which brand and model would any of you recommend and should I run a by pass. I want to order it soon so any help would be appreciated. It also runs on race fuel but debating on switching it to alky.

Mallory, BG, Magnafuel, bigger Holley, Product Engr. and several others that aren't coming to my mind right away. If your going to switch to pure alcholol make sure all of your fuel lines and fittings are hard anadized as well as run the carb. dry when sitting, even overnight Also a lot of alcholol racers recommend using a good top end oil in with the alcholol

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

There are quite a few good regulators out there but
I happen to run a Mallory 4 port with a return and
have been happy with it... it does spike about a
1/4 pound high when I first turn on the pump then
it drops to the normal pressure....I would suggest
that you run a return

Hands down the best regulator I've ever used. A little pricey,

but well worth it..
