AS the post says, have a CD stuck in the player, any ideas on getting it out. CD survivability is not an issue, just want to get it out. thanks in advance.

Google the CD player/radio for the instruction manual if you don't have one, or try the manufacturers web page. Most CD players have some sort of access to mechanically relese the CD using a paper clip or small screwdriver through an access hole.

Was able to pick the two cd's out of my sisters caravan one time after one of the kids stuffed too many in there at once....or some such cra-. ...it was a single player.

i had this happen once, but it was 1 cd stuck in there. i used a credit card to put under the disc and lift it up it then came out on it own after being lifted up. maybe try lifting it up with a credit card and use needle nose plyers to pull the top disc out.

had this happen once on my '01 Impala, couldn't get a disc out, didn't know what to do - had my daughter sit in car, disconected neg.bat cable, reconnected after about a minute, while my daughter was pressing eject button, it popped out and she grabbed it - but this hasn't happened since, and I'm still using it amd the same disc...

Hey RTDaddy,

Stop by or I can come over when I'm visiting across the street. I have some small tools that will likely do the job. What shift are you on this week?

I'd try disconnecting battery. Worked for me a few weeks back, but it was a cassette tape, not a CD. Worth a try.
