How do you get a LOW rolling resistance on your car?

I have seen one person(skinny) push a Cordoba with 1 hand & what looked like little effort. The dobas interior was gutted but otherwise all steel and with an iron head 440. So what are some things I can do to cut down on the rolling resistance of my car? Not so much what I need to buy but what can be done to help the situation. My car has all drum brakes & is mostly stock but I would like to make the most of what it has.
I searched and didn't see anything but tips on running skinny front runners, lite rims. Etc.

My super stocker has lamb brakes, light weight roller bearing trans and a very very free spining dana. so you need to free up anything in the front end, wheels, brakes and driveline. The car pushes easy with one hand.

Pump the tires up to the max recomm for the tire. Get the brake shoes backed off so no drag at all (but still work). Wheel bearings confirmed that they are not adjusted to tight. Do not run the Dana rear. (even spinning the wheels with both in the air is not an one armed task) CORRECT Wheel alignment is probably high on the list. That's all I can think of so late  Greg.

If your dana 60 is hard to turn you need to find out why  I have set many of them up per the Mopar service manual, they spin very easy when set up correctly. My 8 3/4 had a bent housing, it did not spin easy at all There are many reason a rear end won't spin easy, tight brakes, bent housing, bad gears, burnt up bearings, to tight backlash, mismatched tire circumference using a spool and so on

-Coated wheel bearings
-Ball bearing rear wheel bearings.
-Circular cross section disk piston seals. Retracts better than stock square cross section.
-Don't use grease in front wheel bearings. Fill with Justice Brothers Heavy Duty Vehicle, sealed dust cap and add fill hole in center with tiny air hole. Must check on regular basis. You would be surprised at the difference this makes.
-Polished ring and pinion gear faces.

As long as the brakes are not dragging, then most of it comes from the rear end. Many are not straight and create alot of drag. Jack it up and see what I mean.
Once I installed a MW modular housing in my race car I found out how nice they turn with hardly any drag. Big difference from my fabbed 9" housing.
