Does anyone make seat foam for the 70 Charger buckets? The seats are similar to those used in an E-body. Is it easy to use those and trim em? What are you guys using?

No seat foam that I know about, being avaliable, your best bet is as you described, modified E body foam, or repair the 70 Charger foam if doable?

They foam seemed to fit fine. I had a shop install mine because I went with the leather covers from legendary since my car is a se. I haven’t really sat in them too much since my car isn’t finished yet, but they feel fine when I sit on them in my room. I also had the shop add seat heaters while they were in there too.
